Heat Reflective Sleeve - Aluminum Foil and Aluminized PET Film Coated Fiberglass

These high temperature, heat resistant and radiant heat reflective sleeves can be used to protect industrial wires, cables, hoses (hydraulics), piping and tubing from radiant heat sources such as glowing steel slab, liquid metal pour stream, engine headers, infrared heaters and other similar heat sources.

Continuous Sleeve - Aluminized PET film coated fiberglass

The sleeve slides easily over wires, cables and hoses due to the smooth inner fiberglass surface. It reflects more than 95% of the radiant energy that hits its surface, keeping the underlying cables, hoses and wires cool.  Used extensively for automotive and truck under-hood engine compartment applications.  Available in 11 sizes from 1/2" through 3" ID.

Split Sleeve - 4 foot sections - Aluminized PET film coated fiberglass

Aluminized PET coated fiberglass is suitable for applications where flexing is anticipated and may be more suitable to aluminum foil coated sleeves as the aluminum foil in flexing applications can crack and peel.  This sleeve is constructed with PET filamants interwoven with fiberglass, resulting in a sleeve that resists collapse.  As a split sleeve, this sleeve can be easily added to wires, cables and hoses without disconnection.  The sleeve has an adhesive flap to allow it to be closed.  Available in 9 sizes from 1/4" through 2" ID.

High Bulk Convoluted Sleeve - 4 foot sections - Aluminized PET film coated fiberglass

Aluminized PET coated fiberglass is suitable for applications where flexing is anticipated and may be more suitable to aluminum foil coated sleeves as the aluminum foil in flexing applications can crack and peel.  This sleeve is constructed with PET filamants interwoven with fiberglass, resulting in a sleeve that resists collapse.  Available in 7 sizes from 3/8" through 1.25" ID.
Sewn Sleeve - Lengths to 150 feet - Aluminum foil coated fiberglass

Aluminum foil coated fiberglass is suitable for static applications where flexing, bending and vibration is minimum.  Available in sizes from 1/2" through 16" ID. Larger is available with seams to add additional material.

Sewn Sleeve with Hook and Loop Closure - Lengths to 150 feet - Aluminum foil coated fiberglass

Aluminum foil coated fiberglass is suitable for static applications where flexing, bending and vibration is minimum.  Available in sizes from 1/2" through 16" ID. Larger is available with seams to add additional material.

Sewn Sleeve with Zipper Closure - Lengths to 150 feet - Aluminized PET coated fiberglass

Aluminized PET coated fiberglass is suitable for high flex and movement applications where flexing, bending and vibration is present.  Available in sizes from 1" through 16" ID. Larger is available with seams to add additional material.
